Exchanges: We're happy to help with exchanges. Items must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed. You're responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for the new item. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value—no downgrades resulting in refunds. All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Defective merchandise must be reported within 15 days for warranty replacement.

For exchanges: Include a printout of your original invoice, any correspondence with Customer Service, the product and size you'd like in exchange, and a screenshot of your confirmation. Pay the emailed invoice for return shipping upon receipt, or email confirmation with your order number to Support@RedlineSociety.com.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact Support@RedlineSociety.com immediately.

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Delivery times vary based on weather, order volume, and inventory. We'll send your tracking number as soon as it's available.
Lost or stolen packages: Redline Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows the package was delivered, responsibility falls on the customer.
Incorrect addresses: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages stolen after delivery. Please double-check your address at checkout. If your address is incomplete or won't standardize, we'll text you for the missing information. If we don't hear back within 10 days, your order will be voided with no refund.
Return to Sender: If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll text you. You have 5 days to respond. If we don't hear back, your order will be voided with no refund. You'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
Any order revisions containing digital entries must be made before the promotional period closes (see Terms and Conditions). We cannot make adjustments after the promotional period ends.
Important: If a refund is issued or a credit card dispute or chargeback is initiated, the corresponding entries will be revoked. Disputes or chargebacks filed after the promotional period ends violate the Terms and Conditions, constitute sweepstakes fraud, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
To cancel your membership or subscription, email Support@RedlineSociety.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your full name and phone number.
Memberships and subscriptions cannot be refunded after being billed or fulfilled. Contact us before the 28th of any month to avoid being billed for the next cycle. All memberships are billed on the 5th of each month.
Redline Society will not be liable for any damages—including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses—arising from use of this site or inability to use it, or from any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay, computer virus, or system failure, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
